Client Booking Policy – Victoria TTalks
By securing your session, you agree to the following terms:
Payment Commitment: All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment secures your appointment. All sales are final and non refundable.
Rescheduling Standard: A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to reschedule. Requests made outside of this window will result in forfeiture of the session.
Missed Sessions: Failure to attend your scheduled session without notice will result in a forfeited session. No exceptions.
Punctuality: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend your session.
Client Responsibility: You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is a strategic and supportive service. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
Boundaries: Communication is limited to designated channels and appropriate business hours. This experience does not include unlimited or on demand access unless explicitly stated.
Confidentiality: Your privacy is respected and protected within legal and ethical limits.
